Key responsibilities:

1. Manage, lead, control and develop the quality management system, to include quality assurance processes and strategies.

2. Conduct and enforce the quality standard and procedure.

3. Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Work closely with product development and operations teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the product lifecycle.

5. Oversee the planning and execution of audits, inspections, and tests to evaluate product quality.

6. Analyze the risk assessment of the product quality for the production process.

7. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

8. Develop and maintain the quality documentations, test plans, reports, and defect tracking records, including the data analysis for reviewing statistics.

9. Ensure all products release and meet defined quality criteria before they are launched to customers.

10. Check and improve various quality system standards to continuously develop them and to reduce defects of failure in order to detect errors in the production process, and customer complaints.

11. Support D365 development.

12. Take QMR role of ISO 9001:2015​

Qualifications:

1. Age 35-45 years old.

2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Management or related field.

3. Working experience in Quality Engineer or Industrial Engineering at least 5-10 years in Managerial level.

4. Experience in using statistical analysis and quality control tools.

5. Prefer experience with the quality system management such as ISO 9001:2015, etc.

6. QMR experience is a plus.
